News From The National UFO Reporting Center

Local newspapers may not be reporting a lot of UFO sightings but they are still going on around the country and many of these sightings are being reported to the National UFO Reporting Center in Seattle, Washington.  Below is a sampling of the reports coming in - saucer shaped metallic objects, cigar or cylinder  shaped objects, bright lights, formations of lights, etc. which have been seen during the past months of November 2019 through February 2020.  To read more of these sighting reports, you may visit the National UFO Reporting Center on the web at: http://wwwnuforc.org

November 29, 2019 – Wilmington, NC – A local resident at about 6 pm spotted “7-8 elongated objects flying in straight line North to South along coast of North Carolina.”  He reported a few mid-level clouds above the objects.  There was no mention of any sounds coming from the objects or if anyone else had seen them.  The duration of the sighting was for 10 seconds. 

November 30, 2019 – Hornell, NY – A resident reported seeing an object (cigar shaped) at about 8 pm that was flying very erratic in the sky.  At first, he “thought it was a aircraft with a engine fire, but the altitude changes made it impossible to be man made.” He said it danced in the sky for awhile and went over the horizon.  The object was seen for 3-5 minutes.  Its not known if anyone else saw it. 

December 11, 2019 – Katy, TX – Two people who were heading north together on Hwy 99/Grand Parkway at 7:32 am “observed a disc-type craft, emanating bright light, to the northeast” appeared to be hovering with little other movement.  The light increased in intensity and then dematerialized in a few seconds along with a small cloud it was near.  The duration of the sighting was for only 10 seconds.  The object was described as being disk shaped.

December 29, 2019 – Marksville, LA. – A man and a woman at just past midnight on December 29^th saw “2 grayish saucers high up in the sky flying parallel and in sync with each other.”  They were “flying super fast before they merged together and disappeared.”  The objects had no lights or sound the observers said.  The duration of the sighting was for 7 seconds. 

December 31, 2019 – St. Augustine, FL – a witness reported seeing “a very shiny small object in the sky.”  The object was classified as disk shaped and “hovered for 5 seconds and then disappeared.” The sighting happened at 7:44 am.  There was no mention if anyone else saw the object or if it made any sound.

December 31, 2019 – Lake Wales, FL – A motorist while driving from Lake Wales to Vero Beach at 2 pm spotted a cigar shaped object in the air “about at the 5 story level.” Weather conditions were great – “a clear and beautiful day.”  The duration of the sighting was for 20 minutes.  

January 2, 2020 – Miami, Fl. – A resident standing on the balcony of a friend’s apartment at around midnight of January 1^st “saw three yellow/orange rotating disc shaped crafts move rapidly throughout the night’s sky before disappearing.”  The resident made it a point to say that the craft were “clearly rotating” and quite rapidly too.  The objects were estimated to be from 2-5 miles high in the sky to much higher.  The duration of the sighting was for 1-15 minutes.   

February 3, 2020 – San Diego, CA.  A resident at 3 am reported seeing “3 UFO’s all with bright orange color navigate the San Diego skies.”  The resident said this observation went on for 3-4 minutes.  There was no mention as to what direction the lights were going, if any sound came from them or anything. 

February 6, 2020 – Independence, MO.  At about 7:45 pm, an Independence, Missouri resident spotted a  brightly lit up object that had “brilliant white lights all over it and one red light on the left side. The lights were reflecting off shiny metal.”  The object was described as cylinder shaped, was three miles away and seemed to be much larger than a “commercial airliner.”  The object was seen for 30 seconds and was seen by another witness.

February 7, 2020 – Elgin, Oklahoma – A local woman at 11:15 am reported seeing a “white cigar shaped UFO over Elgin.”  She said she saw it for about 2 minutes – it moved up into the sky “at a medium speed” and disappeared.  It’s not known if anyone else saw the object or if it made any sound like an airplane.    

February 24, 2020 – Chester, New Hampshire – A witness while driving on Hwy 101 towards Chester, NH at 12:45 pm looked up to the right and saw a shiny object in the sky. “It appeared to look just like a saucer with the round bulb shape on top.”  The witness described the object further by saying that it “looked seamless like there weren’t any noticeable wings or other shapes coming off of it.”  He also said the object was “swaying or rocking back and forth.”  The object was seen for a minute and disappeared. This was an amazing daytime sighting.  It’s not known if anyone else saw this object.  

April 23, 2020 – Ottawa, Ontario (Canada) – A witness at 1:15 am with clear, cloudless skies above spotted a formation of 5 objects moving in a V formation.  The objects were said to be lit up “like balls of yellowish light” and were moving from east to west and then weren’t seen anymore.  The objects made no sound and were seen for only about 8 – 10 seconds. From the description given, they didn’t seem like any regular aircraft.    

July 30, 2020 – Waupaca, Wisconsin – At 2 am, an observer spotted a saucer or disk shaped object up in the sky that had a light on top of it and a “spinning light under the craft”.  The observer said the craft moved once in a while and then returned to its original spot in the sky. The observer watched this craft for about an hour and went back to bed. 

August 16, 2020 – Sioux City, Iowa – A resident and his neighbor in the afternoon with a clear blue sky looked up and saw what looked like a very bright star overhead.  They then looked at the object with binoculars and the object appeared to be “some sort of saucer like craft.”  The object was apparently metallic as the observers saw “the sun shining off of it brightly but you could clearly see it had shapes and edges and something protruding from its bottom.”  The object was observed for several hours before the observers gave up watching it and the object did move around a little bit during the time it was observed. It was a very unusual sighting.

October 1, 2020 - North Billerica, Maine - At 10:26 am, a local resident looked up and "spotted 3 UFO's over highway Rt. 3 North in North Billerica, MA. The sky was crystal clear and not a cloud around so they were quite obvious."  The observer said the objects were silver in color and reflective and two of the objects were actually circling around each other which was very unusual.  The objects were seen for about 30 seconds before they disappeared. There were other cars going down the road at the time so its possible that others may have seen the objects too.  There was no mention of the objects made any type of sound. 

December 15, 2020 – Chicago, Illinois – A resident looking out a window in a high-rise apartment building in downtown Chicago at 11 am saw a shiny saucer or disk-shaped object in the sky.  The object maneuvered around a bit “and did some kind of flip in which you can see the bottom angle of the disk as well.”  The resident took a video of it with his phone before it disappeared.  The object was seen for about 1 minute. It’s not known if anyone else saw this shiny object.

January 15, 2021 - Charleston, West Virginia - At about 7 pm, the owner and another person who were finishing up work on the roof of the owners house looked up and saw a "huge cigar shaped craft moving slowing over our heads that had a single white light on each end of the craft that alternated flashing on each end for a couple of seconds each."  The object apparently did not have any wings visible.  The two persons on the roof watched the craft moving from east to west rather slowly and it was completely silent.  They watched the craft as it continued movimng along for 15 minutes until it disappeared from sight.  There was no mention if anyone else in the neighborhood saw the object. 

March 4, 2021 – Cle Elum, Washington – a witness reported seeing a “huge cigar shaped craft with multiple bright white lights silently flew directly over house.”  This sighting happened at 5 am and was seen for only 30 seconds.  There was no mention that this craft had any wings so apparently it did not. And there was no noise coming from it either.  If this was a regular airplane, it surely would have been recognized as such.  It’s not known if anyone else saw this craft.
